Anthony Crain, CEO of ARC Enterprises, has participated in 29 agile transformations and has lead 21 of them. He has collected hundreds of patterns into our Agile Shubox library to be reused by other organizations to make flow acceleration and culture improvement experiments. He invented an app to help teams, scrum masters and coaches track experiments and skill growth, has written numerous articles for Tech Beacon Magazine, and has been a speaker at over 40 conferences, occasionally as a Key Note speaker.
